Goa CEO's office starts eight pleas to Delhi for ECINet rollback

Between 11 and 17 February 2026 the Goa CEO's office wrote eight times to Senior DEC Gyanesh Bharti, copying DG (IT) Seema Khanna, asking for a rollback facility so EROs could reverse earlier decisions on voters flagged for logical discrepancies, as the Supreme Court's 29 January order required. No reply is on record.

Emails seen by The Indian Express. Khanna was sent a questionnaire and did not respond; the newspaper does not report putting questions to Bharti, and no response from him was found.
