Punjab and Haryana High Court orders ECI to give Haryana poll records to advocate

The High Court directed the Commission to give advocate Mehmood Pracha videography, CCTV footage and copies of Form 17C Parts I and II for a Haryana polling station within six weeks. It rejected the Commission's argument that a non-candidate was not entitled to them, noting the rules allow others to obtain copies for a fee.
