Rule 93(2) before 20 Dec 2024

Rule 93(2) as amended by S.O. 5517(E), 20 Dec 2024

1(2) Subject to such conditions and to the payment of such fee as the Election Commission may direct, -

2Removed: (a) all other papers relating to the election shall be open to public inspection; and

2Added: (a) all other papers as specified in these rules relating to the election shall be open to public inspection; and

3(b) copies thereof shall on application be furnished.
