Congress files memorandum on EVM battery readings in Haryana seats
A Congress delegation led by K.C. Venugopal gave the Commission a 31-page memorandum on EVMs said to show 99% battery at counting while others showed 60-70%. It covered seven seats including Karnal, Panipat City, Dabwali and Narnaul, and the party said complaints from 13 more would follow.
