The Karnataka CEO's notice said that on inquiry, Shakun Rani, whom Rahul Gandhi said had voted twice, stated she voted once, and asked for the documents behind the claim. The Maharashtra and Haryana CEOs separately asked him to submit signed declarations and documents within 10 days.
