Karnataka CEO asks Rahul Gandhi to sign declaration under oath

CEO V. Anbukumar wrote asking Gandhi to name the electors concerned and sign a declaration under Rule 20(3)(b) of the Registration of Electors Rules, noting false declarations are punishable. He said Congress had received the draft and final rolls and filed no appeals, and that results can be challenged only by election petition.
