Congress says Goel's resignation shows no transparency in the Commission

Congress general secretary K.C. Venugopal said the party was deeply concerned and alleged there was no transparency in how the Commission functions or in how the government pressures it. CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury called the timing very concerning.
