Commission says only designated officers can act on ECINET, with own IDs

The Commission said statutory officers from BLOs to CEOs perform their functions on ECINET with unique IDs and passwords, that no other person, including any other Commission official, can perform those functions for them, and that the system is decentralised as the RP Acts require.
