Senior DEC Garg removes Sanjay Kumar from oversight of IT division

Given additional charge of administration while the regular officer was on leave, Senior DEC Maneesh Garg changed the work allocation within hours without consulting the Commission, removing DEC Sanjay Kumar from oversight of the DG (IT) and the routing of IT files to the three members.
