In a social media post, the Commission said Rahul Gandhi should either sign the declaration or apologise to the nation, and that not signing would mean he did not believe his own analysis. It said the Congress filed hardly any appeals during the 2024 roll preparation and that it had answered his December 2024 Maharashtra points.
