A draft roll is not the final roll — names still return through claims and appeals.
The draft roll is published after enumeration. Names left off it can come back through claims and objections, and new electors are added, before the final roll is published. So the share left off the draft is usually larger than the net change from the pre-SIR roll to the final roll. Where a final roll isn't in the record yet, only the draft measure can be shown.
Figures run to Sep 2026. Several final rolls were still pending then.

On requests from their CEOs, the Commission extended enumeration in Tamil Nadu and Gujarat (draft 19 December), Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Andaman & Nicobar (draft 23 December) and Uttar Pradesh (draft 31 December 2025). Kerala's schedule had already been moved to a 23 December draft. Goa, Puducherry, Lakshadweep, Rajasthan and West Bengal kept the 16 December draft date.
The earlier Kerala revision is referred to but no separate ECI document for it was found.
