Not in the SIR orders in the record. PTI (11 Apr 2026) described a planned Phase III including Himachal Pradesh; the ECI order of 14 May 2026 does not list it (sir-rules-phase3-order).
The Commission ordered the removal of home secretaries in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand who also held posts in chief ministers' offices. It also removed the West Bengal DGP, general administration secretaries in Mizoram and Himachal Pradesh, and the BMC commissioner after Maharashtra failed to transfer some officers.
