A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi asked ECI to furnish details of the 3.66 lakh electors excluded between the Bihar draft and final rolls, and the identity of names added. ECI's counsel told the court most additions were new voters and that no excluded voter had filed a complaint or appeal so far.
