Petitioners seek urgent stay after vacancies; court lists it for 15 March

After Goel's resignation, Jaya Thakur (11 March) and ADR (12 March) sought a stay and asked that the two vacancies be filled only by a panel including the CJI. On 13 March a bench led by Justice Sanjiv Khanna agreed to hear them on 15 March.
