About 300 INDIA bloc MPs led by Rahul Gandhi marched from Parliament towards Nirvachan Sadan against the Bihar SIR and alleged vote theft, and were detained and later released by Delhi Police. Police said the Commission had permitted 30 MPs to meet the Commission; the opposition wanted all MPs heard. Rahul Gandhi said of the affidavit demand that it was the Commission's data, not his to sign.
