Phase 3 enumeration begins in Odisha, Mizoram, Sikkim and Manipur
Enumeration for phase 3 began on 30 May 2026 in four states, with forms due by 28 June. Those who missed it could apply on Form 6 with the Declaration Form during claims; BLOs were to carry blank Form 6 and declarations, and booth agents could hand in up to 50 forms a day.
