DEC Sanjay Kumar tells DG (IT) that IT systems must obey the law

Acting on EC Sandhu's directions, Deputy Election Commissioner Sanjay Kumar wrote to DG (IT) Seema Khanna and senior officers that the statutory functions of EROs, DEOs and CEOs were to be exercised by them alone and IT systems must comply strictly with the law.
