DEC Sanjay Kumar tells DG (IT) the IT system cannot block SC directions

Deputy Election Commissioner Sanjay Kumar wrote to Seema Khanna that EROs had powers under Sections 21 and 21A to correct entries and that the IT system could not block action directed by the Supreme Court, asking her to enable publication as EROs had decided.
