West Bengal's final roll was published on 28 February 2026 under Supreme Court orders. From the 7,08,16,630 draft, 1,82,036 were added (Form 6/6A), 6,671 added via Form 8, 5,46,053 deleted (Form 7), and 60,06,675 marked 'under adjudication', leaving 6,44,52,609 on the roll. Names cleared by judicial officers were to be added by supplementary lists.

The 60.06 lakh were electors flagged by ECI's 'logical discrepancy' checks; the Supreme Court's orders of 20 and 24 February 2026 in W.P.(C) 1089/2025 placed them before judicial officers. The CEO's note itself calls the 60.06 lakh 'doubtful and pending cases'; The Quint described them as marked doubtful by election officers.
