West Bengal's CEO reported 7,66,37,529 electors on 27 October 2025 and 7,08,16,630 in the draft roll published 16 December 2025. Enumeration forms of 58,20,899 electors were not received: 24,16,852 recorded as deceased, 12,20,039 absent, 19,88,076 shifted, 1,38,328 already enrolled elsewhere and 57,604 for other reasons.
Some reports put the draft at 7,08,16,631 and the 'absent' count at 12,20,038; the CEO's own notes give 7,08,16,630 and 12,20,039.
