With Uttar Pradesh's final roll, PTI reported the combined Phase II roll at 45.81 crore against 50.99 crore on 27 October 2025, a fall of over 5.18 crore (10.2%). It said 66,88,636 deceased electors were removed, including 25.47 lakh in UP and 24.16 lakh in West Bengal, and 63.16 lakh names were deleted after objections and adjudication.

The deceased figure (66.9 lakh) conflicts with DH's draft-stage count of 1.46 crore removed for death; the UP component (25.47 lakh) matches Akashvani's UP multiple-enrolment figure, not its UP death figure (46.23 lakh). Summing the final figures in this file (WB at 6.45 crore excluding supplementary additions; A&N and Lakshadweep finals not found) gives about 45.2 crore; adding WB's roughly 32.9 lakh post-adjudication inclusions brings it closer to PTI's 45.81 crore, but the exact reconciliation is not published.
