Goa's final roll of 21 February 2026 lists 10,57,566 electors. From the 10,84,992 draft, 12,166 electors were added, 3,812 deleted through forms and 35,780 marked ineligible after notices on 'unmapped' and 'logical discrepancy' cases, a net change of minus 27,426. Against 11,85,034 before the SIR, the roll is 1,27,468 smaller (our subtraction).
India TV (21 Feb 2026) reported 3,959 deletions via forms; the CEO's note says 3,812.
