At the close of enumeration ECI said forms of 7.23 crore electors had been received and digitised. Booth-level officers and agents had reported about 22 lakh deceased electors, about 7 lakh enrolled in more than one place, about 35 lakh permanently migrated or untraceable, and about 1.2 lakh forms still outstanding.
All reason-wise counts at this stage are ECI's rounded figures and are BLO/BLA reports, not ERO orders. ECI said lists of these electors were shared with 12 political parties on 20 July 2025. PN/270's chart (27 July) gives 7.24 crore forms collected and 36 lakh shifted/not found, slightly different from PN/269's 7.23 crore and 35 lakh; PN/269's four categories alone sum to about 64 lakh, and PN/270's three to 65 lakh.
