On the last day of claims and objections ECI reported that electors had filed 36,475 claims for inclusion and 2,17,049 objections for exclusion against the 7.24 crore draft. Party booth agents had filed 25 inclusion claims and 119 exclusion objections. Separately, 16,56,886 new-elector applications (Form 6) had been received.
Of the party-agent objections, 103 of 119 were filed by BLAs of CPI(ML) Liberation and 16 by BJP BLAs, per the bulletin's table.
