Answering an RTI application by Pune activist Vihar Durve for Lavasa's dissent notes on Modi's Wardha, Latur, Patan, Barmer and Varanasi speeches, the Commission refused under Section 8(1)(g) of the RTI Act, the clause on information that could endanger someone's life or physical safety. It also withheld the procedure followed and the decisions.
